cebiche, beer and lingerie

Had a great client lunch at a massive brick modern cube of a building that did cebiches beyond belief.  So good.  The wall board of pisco inspired cocteles was just as large.

The BBC is a quality institution, everyone outside the UK knows that.  I think a BBC/Juan Valdez combo shop at home to serve both the morning and evening crowd is a decent idea.  Right behind it is a funky Crayola store, I haven't seen a specialty boutique like that before - kids go ape---- in there!  And two doors to the left is where I'd go ape---- next time, it's a spin studio.  What I've seen for outfits going in and out of gyms here has been interesting.  There's no "old t-shirt and jam shorts" look.  It's pretty much you've gotta dress to impress... which is impressive if you follow.

I consider our hotel well situated.  Depending on traffic, it's 5-20 minutes to each oil company corporate office, and it has probably 40 gourmet type restaurants within a 5 minute walking radius, the BBC, a spin studio and gym, and... this establishment.  I haven't gone in, but the poster photos in the window look like they'd generate some serious sales leads.
