Pre-race

Jeff and Kate have bikes!  And even a little sleep after getting them and putting them together at midnight. Kate has a rear wheel that's a bit funky and needs the hub to spin, but seems like it'll work out. Gerry has what I have but we'll survive. It's sunny, and where we're going is hot, and we've been dehydrating so we'll be careful. Good thing is nobody travels with more electrolyte drinks than cyclists.  Our warmup is napping in hotel close to "the facilities".
