Getting fit, sort of.

So we'll call it effectively a month since TransPortugal, and today I did a crosstrainer machine at lunch, and actually felt like doing [moderately] hard intervals. Of course I was on a crosstrainer because I can adjust it to an angle that doesn't require movement of my Achilles, and because my derrier and cycling saddles are less compatible currently than I'm used to, but it's better than nothing...
